Who Read The New Harry Potter Book?

Simple. Comment how you liked the book and what you liked.

I've read it about a month ago, and to be honest, I didn't really like it all that much.
Of course I enjoyed it, it's a Potter book after all and I am a great fan, but the plot was rather disappointing.
It seemed like JKR approved a child's fanfiction and made it offical.

Some of the most obvious flaws in my opinion:

-> Scorpius isn't like a Malfoy *at all*
-> They apparently couldn't think of a new villain, so they used a time-travel plot to bring back Voldemort
-> Delphi's character appearance is a joke, and the whole "she-is-the-daughter-of-belleatrix-and-voldemort" thing hurts
-> The trolley witch
-> Rather poor dialouges

Then again, I haven't seen the original play, and I gladly believe I would have a better impression if I had.

 

Yeah, i feel like that was thrown in there, since nowhere in any of the books does it say Voldemort and Bellatrix.... well, you get the idea.

 

I've never even watched the movies :-:
