Which quest was it??

There was one quest where you talk to one of the villagers and they mention something about going into the pool of water and you might get accepted by the dark/corrupted. So when you go into there the monsters try to kill you so you go into the pool of water and then it accepts you and everything is like named "freed ---" and it's all green instead of dark and it's bugging me cause I can't find it!
