Which lvl should i start doing builds?

Currently, I'm a level 46 Assasin, and I'm curious about which lvl should I start caring about what I build?
(Cuz rn I'm just taking what I think is the best stat-wise, and don't care too much about synergy.)

 

Don’t worry about builds until you reach level 100, maybe 101, because at that point you have access to every item, and won’t grow out of the items.

 

80-100+

 

Whenever u start to struggle (usually around 80-100)

Any level is good to be improving your build, and you'll want a decent build by the late level 60s for sure.
