There's a path leading down the "cliff" behind Tom's house, leading down to a cave. The cave should be pretty straight forward, keep following it until you reach the end where the corrupted santa is. (:

Look at the title.

 

If you still are at Old Tom, there should be a bunch of torches. Follow the torches, and you'll go through the cave. Run through the cave, and there's Santa!

Fair word of warning: He's ranged(if I remember right) and hits pretty hard.
