Where's "Salted's Basement"?

So not long ago I was talking with my friend about a place called "Salted's Basement" (He told me about it with absolute no information about it) so I would like to ask you guys if you know what this place is and where it is. I would like to check it out for myself

i think its a joke that jumla is stuck in salteds basement and forced to do wynncraft coding or smthing

Yeah, but even if you are sentenced to this "purgatory" of sorts, are you still allowed to funnel your creative spirit into helping develop the server despite having this supposed "Bovine's fury" watching and tormenting you?

Because if so this sounds like a much better fate than what I experienced years ago. I'd rather be sent to purgatory with the power to still create things rather than being exiled to hell, being stripped of that creative power for all eternity...

But yeah...for the OP, it's just a joke mostly regarding CT members being locked in "Salted's basement" or in cages or whatever. There isn't actually an area in game called "Salted's basement", nor are CT locked in there in real life.
