Where To Make Fishing Rods?

    I can't find a way to make fishing rods or buy them. The only place to buy them is the trade market and I'd like to know for the future where to buy fishing rods.

    T1 and T2 fishing rods can be bought from tool merchants around the world. T3+ can be bought from dungeon merchants.

    Tier 1 and 2 you can buy form the "Tool Merchant"
    All the other Tiers you need to buy from dungeons.
