    Is there any grinding spots with mobs that drop lots of loot? I am a level 62 so I can't enter ToL.

    A lot of loot? Herb Cave, Detlas Suburb and the Pigmen Ravine would be my choice... for now.

    Like ZX said, all of those places are decent loot grind, but since you're a level 62, if you want loot for your level I'd recommend Herb Cave.
