Where To Find Jester Ring, Necklace For Higher Levels?

I have found jester bracelets in Gavel, but I focused on quests when I was lower level, and missed the ring/necklace. I have searched the Jungle for Loot IV chests, but all the ones I found are so high up and remote the chests key on me and give me level 88 stuff.
Does anyone have the coordinates of a III or IV that will give loot that includes the ring and necklace because the local mobs are plentiful enough?

 

The loot found in chests is based on your level and the tier of the loot-chest itself;

Could you tell me where to get jester bracelets and rings? I know where to get a lot of necklaces. If you tell me where to get bracelets and rings I'll pm you where to get necklaces

 

My understanding is that chests have loot that matches the mobs in the area in level, unless they are remote enough then they match your level. Which makes most chests useless because I am way above the level of the Jester set...
I find the Jester bracelet consistently in a cave with lost Drow North out of Cinfras. Go out the gate, bear slightly right, cross the bridge, head basically straight.

 

For those who dont know, Rings can get from the Beneath of depths underwater cave and Bracelets from 1 Loot chest III in light forest. Those are the places where i can get them mostly. Necklaces i get from Troms mostly :/
