    You could also go to detlas and ask any relatively high level player (like at least 60) if they have any green powder.

    Dude he is talking about the giant ass Nether Portal with the giant ass spires with the hot ass fire and the red ass nether.


    The one that leads to the empty ass PvP area with the grey ass ruins. The one where all the dead ass mobs are said to have come from. There is a giant ass shrine in the giant ass cave near the giant ass Nether Portal.

    I think he was confused with the lvl 1 quest that gives red powder and didn't know it was relics ._.
