Where Is The Rotten Passage?

    I've finally decided to start leveling my mage, and i am trying to do the Rotten Passage for Haros' Oar, but i cant find the boss altar anywhere. I know it's down a spiral made of dirt in the southeast area of Saint's Row, but when i go there i dont see a boss altar anywhere, i just find a tier III chest. Where in tarnation is it and what magic is this

    just check all the buildings within the graveyard, it's not hard to spot once you find it and there's not many buildings to search

    Go to rhe southern end of the graveyard in the middle and 1 building back
