Where Is The Best Place To Farm For The Depressing Weapons?

    I currently have the bow and shears, and I need the stick and shovel. Does anyone know the best place to farm them?

    I've tried in a few places, like in front of Ragni, the Farm, and in front of Detlas, but I've gotten nothing. I don't have any looting on my bow.
