Where is the best area to level up horse?

I just got a white horse and want to max it out, where is a good area to level up the horse preferably somewhere flat, large, and open where I can just hold down the W key without having to put in much effort to guide the horse

 

anywhere flat is good, id say llevigar plains is pretty neat, just go in a circle around the plains, or sorta wynnplains / time valley plains

This alone should ring alarm bells

You cant get reach your goals without putting in the work
