Where I Can Find The Outlaw Set ?

Mob drops and loot chests around that level, I think

 

There was supposed to be a merchant around Rymek who sells the set for gold ingots, idk if it's still there.

I already went in these coordinates and I did not find anything

 

If there is no merchant in Rymek that you see, make sure to look around since Rymek is fairly big and may have hidden merchants you haven't discovered yet. If you do find the merchant (it may have changed after the Gameplay Update), make sure to bring a stack or more of gold ingots, since Rymek's currency is gold and not emeralds.

If you can't find any merchant that sells the armor, try killing mobs in the desert/mesa. They should have the chance to drop a set item, which could be a piece of the outlaw set. I believe I've obtained a few of the outlaw pieces, so it's possible to obtain through mob killing if Rymek doesn't sell it anymore.
