Where Does The Mob Elder Conjurer Spawn?

Title says it all.

I looked into this for 10 minute and came up with nothing.
So could I please have some more details?

-is this mob part of a quest?
-Are they a type of grinding mobs?
-does he spawn as a rare mob, like Reggie?
-Is he in Gavel Or Wynn? Maybe Corkus?
-is he part of a boss altar?

 

Why do you want to find this mob and what is it for?

 

all I know is it exists and it spawns in a group with other Elder Conjurers and it's level 87

 

If you want to find this mob, search the border around the Fruma Gate. You should see some pillars that have magical energy radiating from them, and there will be a big cave past them with the Conjurer mobs in them.

Also, the Conjurers are not by themselves. You'll have to deal with Thaumaturges and Pyromancers as well.
