    I've been looking practically everywhere in Wynn that's level 1-30, I can't find them anywhere. What mobs drop Portal Emanation?

    If I had to guess, I would assume that it's a rare drop from mobs around the Nether Portal. Of course you can always lootrun areas around that level range and maybe find one in a chest as well.

    The Soul Corruptor is a rare mob that spawns in the Roots of Corruption. It should drop the Portal Emanatiom upon death.
