Where do u find that lv 1 ring

 

Rarity, being level 1, is found wherever you would normally find level 1 accessories. As in, the most common place to find a Rarity is in a T3 or T4 Loot Chest near Ragni. Being lower level (the closer to Level 1, the better) and having higher Loot Bonus may help you obtain the ring.

Alternatively, you can, of course, attempt to buy it from a player, as there is no restriction on trading a Rarity.

 

Loot Chests near Emerald trail ( Just outside Ragni) is the best spot (I think)

I don't think their are any tier 3s or 4s on the trail, although I might be wrong

 

Think there's one in the sewer trap( under potion merchant).

 

Get a lvl 1 class, and keep opening an unleveled chest (chests with no mobs nearby). There's a safe T3 in the underground crypt in Corkus City, get a horse and try to bring your level 1 there.

 

There is one near Therck (Enzan's brother if I got the name wrong) and several in mines on the other side of Nivla Forest.
