Where Do I Get Gathering Tools Above T2?

    I've been searching for a bit but I can't seem to find vendors that sell T3+ gathering tools. Could someone point me in the right direction. Do I need to craft them?

    Dungeon merchants. In this case, Tier 3 will be sold by merchants at Decrepit Sewers and Infested Pit.

    Awesome, thanks for the info! Does the same apply for T4+ tools? Will I need to keep checking near dungeon merchants?

    Yes, T4 is then Lost Sanctuary and Underworld Crypt. And all the other tiers come from dungeons too.
