Where Do I Find "The Passage" Quest

I am trying to get to trom but have to complete the passage quest and I don't know where to find it

 

If you're trying to get to Troms, you don't have to complete the passage. Go through the Great Bridge in the Nesaak area (there's a fork in the road leading to Lusuco) and into the jungle. The NPC for the Passage is on the upper level of Troms, quest beacon helps a lot but quest details should tell you the exact coordinates.

 

Upper level of troms, north area. You can either use a movement spell and head up the wall north of the TM, or there's a spiral staircase somewhere near there.
