   You don't buy it from anywhere. You get it by killing pigmen, either in the ravines south from Ragni, or the cave in emerald trail

   There is an area called pigmen ravines at the south entrance of Ragni, the pigmen mobs there drop pigmen meat, there's also a cave at the main road that goes from Ragni to Nivla woods, on the right side of the road it has a small cave with pigmen mobs inside.
