    You've just got to kill mobs around level 30 and hope you have good luck.

    Lost sanctuary, takes 10 runs to get one. Gonna be honest, it ain't worth the time you have to spend to get it. You're better off just using another ring, unless you really want to beat a dungeon ten times for a single accessory.
