    I'm trying to get into making noteblock songs in NBS, and it'd be very useful if I could use the Wynncraft soundfont. Is there a place where you can download it? If there is, how do I put it into NBS.

    I don't know if there is a specific download for that. But you could maybe try and reach out to the composers and ask them. Use the wiki (https://wynncraft.fandom.com/wiki/Music) to see who composed what.
