Where can I download the resource pack?

My computer gets stuck on the 99% downloaded for the resource pack and takes forever to get into the server, and then the resource pack didn't work, so is there somewhere I can download the wynncraft resource pack so i can try putting it on beforehand?

 

Sort of surprised there’s nothing in FAQ about this by now. Admins, get on it! You can actually take the Wynnpack directly from your server resource packs folder in your .minecraft, though it will not be functional as a personal resource pack without first being decompiled. To do this, rename the server resource pack file to include .jar at the end, then go to this website: http://www.javadecompilers.com/ After selecting the jar file, set the decompiler to the “fernflower” option, and convert it. Upon downloading, it should end up as a zip file, which is now usable as a resource pack. Just toss it in your folder and good to go.

I do this every time the game updates in case new textures are added or changed, though it does get tiring after a while. Still, this remains the easiest method I’ve found, short of coding a script to do all that.

 

You don’t have to decompile the pack just so use it, that’s only if you want to edit it too. The blank folder is surprisingly usable and will function perfectly fine.
But if the download is stuck on 99% im doubtful the pack downloaded to server-resource-packs in the first place, though it’s definitely worth looking in there first.
If you don’t have the wynncraft pack in there however, ask on the wynncraft discord, and plenty of people will have the pack and be able to send it your way.

I think that's a pc issue, same thing used to happen to me.
