Where Are Mobs Level 96-100?

there are so many items (mythics) around these levels, is there any place to get them?

 

Try Sky Islands. That's where the high level mobs are at.

 

I mean mobs at Frozen Heights can drop loot ranging from 84-88 to 96-100 so Sky Islands aren't really the best place to farm for mythics, as the spawn rates and space to maneuver is very restricted.

 

But the mobs at Frozen Highs are Lvl 94, so they can't drop Lvl 100 stuff

 

They can, I told you the unidentified stuff they drop range from level 84-88 (Statue for example) to level 96-100 (Pretty much all end game armour).

The only problem is that you won't be getting 96-100 items consistently. More than half the time you'll be getting level 88-92 items, level 96-100 items are fairly uncommon.
