When Is Dullahan's Giant Castle Thing Going To Be Opened?

    after doing the headless hunt for the 5th time, i realised that the guy says go and kill the dullahan when you finish the quest. I tried to go in this giant castle, and the tp doesn't work. does anyone know when the castle will be opened? it seems like a kinda cool post-quest idea and its been ages since gavel was released (and they are making a new province) so why is it still not there?

    tl;dr why cant i fight him

    Similar to the final boss from the Realm of Light,
    did it back when Gavel came out and I was really surprised to find out there was no epic boss fight at the end...
    I imagine it was to be similar to Qira and Bob at one point, based on the NPC dialogue...

    But no luck, just walk through the tp to return to the light forests...
