    Gotta be wynnex. The 4 parts are kinda boring on their own, but the ending makes it worth it with a neta "grand reveal". Also the area you travel through to the boss has huge lore implications, even before SE dropped.

    Definitely the Canary Calls. It has a bunch of unique gameplay mechanics, really good atmosphere and possibly the most creative bossfight in the whole game.
    It's also better than Hollow Serenity and nothing you say will change my mind.
