What's the most that ranks go on sale?

    What is the biggest discount you can get on rank prices? My friend said she got her rank 70% off but I couldn't find any mentions of sales more than 30% off after some quick searches. Do they go any more?

    Also how does the upgrade discount work when sales are happening? Is the cost the difference between the sale prices?

    1 - the sales happen 24/7 (mind you, I believe that's not allowed) and sometimes have larger sales on special events (say, dxp weekends and some fests)
    2 - upgrade discount always takes next rank price deducted by the current rank price (as of the time you are purchasing) I believe?
