    as u guys know, u can get 13 atk tiers with the cancer helmet so whats the highest attack speed u can get and how many hits a second?

    It caps at Super Fast or Super Slow, on the opposite end of the spectrum. Attack speeds above that do nothing for you.

    13 tier is meant so it can counter items with -tier even if your weapon is super fast
