What's The Best Gear I Should Use?

I have a bunch of different kinds of gear, and I was wondering is it more important to have a higher minimum level and/or higher rarity? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

 

The level or rarity of a piece of equipment doesn't necessarily matter. Usually, the higher the level or rarity, the better it is. But due to Gavel's "everything does something" nature, that's not always the case! Equip items based on your playstyle and to your liking. Farming for gear? Go ahead and use Treasure Boots! Like being a tank? Statue may work!
