What's Better, Mana Steal Or Mana Regen?

    Mana regen, because you regen all the time instead of doing it only when you attack a mob.

    Depends... For PvE I personally prefer mana steal. For PvP mana regen is obviously the better option. Just go with your preference.

    In a melee oriented build, mana steal is obviously the better option. However, in a spell build, or pretty much any build where you don't melee as much, mana regen is the better option.
