This is literally going to be the same list as the comment above, but people who don't know what they are, like you, will have no idea what these names stand for, so here is a more detailed list.

Fatal - A Thunder Wand.

Lament - A Water wand, with insane Mana Regen

Pure - A weak damage water and air Wand. Not the greatest Mythic

Warp - A high damage air weapon, with the highest walk speed of all items. Cons: bad health regen

Monster - A good damage, but mediocre IDed wand.

Nah it's fine u have 8/4 and 114 int so u can get 2 mana heal and 3mana meteor at the end. Keep in mind u can also use SP pots. Also, you have 160ws

So yeh u can solo most stuff rlly easily and do insane dmg with this build + have good spellspam and be rlly fast with high agi and defense

Also ur defenses aren't absolute shit too
