What's A Good Grinding Spot For 100+?

So i was able to scrape my last little amount of money out of my bank and buy some loot quality pants and shoes, and the only thing stopping me from using them is their level req, which are both 104. Im level 102 and i know that dungeons are probably better than grinding at this level, but +190% xp bonus and a mob totem has gotta help me with the right grind spot.

So, any grind spot that both
- isnt going to instantly kill me
- gives a lot of xp

for level 100+?

It's in the "Silence Expanse" area.

Mirror cave and angel den is also a pretty good spot to grind as well.
