What to do with the extra quest items after using /fixquests

I used /fixquests because I was stuck, but it gave me not just the item I was missing, but ALL of the quest items from previous quests I had finished. I can't drop any of the items 'cause they're quest items, so I have no idea how to get rid of them. I'm storing them in my bank right now, but there's so many they are taking up a lot of room. The items I can't get rid of are:
Yahya's Stained Bowl, Maltic's Recommendation Letter, Cluckles' Favorite Feather, Slime Scooper, Yellow Crystal Shard, Magical Book Voucher, Bucket of Lava, Wand Voucher, Highly Explosive Magical TNT, Witness Report I, Witness Report II, and School Invitation

Any tips?

 

A lot of people will fill up their inventory with an item (emeralds or something) and click the slots of quest items with the emerald or whatever it is they use and then toss the quest item, so it doesn't come back.
