What Powder For Mage

I’ve currently got all my points in int

 

What weapon are you using?

You should use the weapon damage powder, if you have to make a choice the best ones are water>fire>earth>thunder>air but that’s only for powder specials and I doubt you have tier fours

 

Oh I already use water so that’s relieving that I won’t have to switch powders

 

Personally I'd go thunder cause crit

edit: cause is meant to be because. Powder doesn't give crit but going crit with dex increases the thunder damage you may do which can lead to a bigger number. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

Yeah, I know, but you point into dex you get crit and thunder damage. I pick thunder powders BECAUSE of crit not to get crit. Could have worded it better, sorry.

 

I personally use multiple wands, each one with a different powder set so I don't have to worry about defenses.

Personally, I was able to run from level 0-104 with T6 Air & Water powders alone, using Air from levels 30-75, then Water from levels 76-95, and now back to Air again.

Here is my current Air build. This is my build with my Water Wand. The armor throws a huge amount of extra Agility points your way, leaving 30 unused points at level 104, with either 78 or 82 points in Intelligence as is, so you can easily hit 100+ endgame.

So yeah, don't be too afraid of throwing it into Intelligence and using water powders at your level. Helps a lot with bosses you fight onward as well.

 

Mainly water, but it really depends on your class and build
