What Is Your Most Hated Quest?

I honestly dislike "A Hunters Calling" because the final bosses minions kept mowing me down after I killed off one of the 2 boss mobs, what about you guys?

 

ToL. The quest was inhumanly long, grindy, and the reward was not nearly worth it, the quest took me around an hour and a half to unlock a grind area and a helmet

 

King's Recruit. It doesn't teach you the most important aspects of the game, it doesn't let you explore, you can't rush through it, the writing is terrible and it's just not interesting or fun. At least you can skip it, and the reward isn't bad.
Some really good quests: Tunnel Trouble, Deja Vu, The Mercenary, Misadventure on the Sea, the WynnExcavation questline, Out of my Mind, Memory Paranoia, Murder Mystery, Flight In Distress, and a whole bunch of others. I think Wynncraft has a lot of good quests, so it's such a shame the very first one is so horrendously bad.

 

Interesting choice, I have never seen someone who has disliked kings recruit before.

 

A Journey Beyond, coz it's so long and you don't have the option to repeatedly right-click the NPCs to skip text quickly...

It's an amazing quest but srsly they need to add that skip text quickly feature for it, gets tedious when doing this quest multiple times

 

What about a journey further with the parkour from hell?

 

Eh I never really had anything against a journey further, it's not nearly as tedious as a journey beyond

 

i found a journey beyond and dwarves and doguns part 4 annoying because aledar cart and garaheth respawn you halfway across the world when you die.

I would have to go with royal trials, not because it’s as bad as some other quests are, but rather because it was the “final” quest for quite some time. It was a really unrewarding and unsatisfactory end to the Gavel quests.

 

Not to mention it breaks a lot and the flappy-bird test is super buggy and any lag can make you restart, as well as it's hard to tell between background and foreground objects

 

Cook Assistant and tribal aggresion.

 

At least they got rid of Troms. That said, I miss Troms runs.

 

Underwater, Dwelling Walls (annoying as fuck), Clearing the Camps (fetch quest), The Passage (boring), ToL (the mother of all fetch quests), The Canyonm Guides (worst quest in the game), Enter the Dojo (well-made tbh, but doesn't have a place in Wynn imo)

Also I think the RtD quests are generally very overrated. Not terrible quests, but I don't understand why people think they're the best quests.

I love The Fortuneteller for reasons I cannot explain because it's not even a very good quest but I just love it for some reason... 1km Under, Fantastic Voyage, Beyond the Grave, Cowfusion, Purple and Blue, THe Bigger Picture, Acquiring Credentials, WynnExcavation Site D (still the #1 quest imo), The Headless Hunt, Taproot, WynnExcavation Site C, an Iron Heart II are quests that I really like or love.

??? is also a quest I both love and hate but Id say I love it more than I hate it. I appreciate how it connects different parts of the lore and has a sort of creativity to it that almost no other quest has.

To answer your question, the quest I hate the most is The Canyon Guides, followed by ToL.

 

The Canary Calls, isn't that the quest in Rymek where you gotta kill the bird from hell?

ah ok, I don't get everyones problem with canyon guides. I got it done in about 20 minuets with no problems.

 

the fact that a 1 stage quest with no plot takes 20 minutes is entirely stupid



Anyway, Fantastic Voyage is the worst quest.

 

Fantastic Voyage can be fixed with 1 plot element, the Seaskipper captain saves you on the island you end up on.
