    Title says it all....
I'm looking for a spot that doesn't give lvl 92-96 items, I've tried ToA floor 7 but it has very poor loot drops, sometimes their normal or most times it's just a morph-stardust.

NOTE: Morph-Stardust's don't drop frequently in ToA, so I don't suggest grinding there (for loot).

Your best bet would probably be Corkus in that one fountain area behind the avos temple.

I have gotten about 98% of all the level 96-100 items, I have personally aquired, from loot chests. If you open a loot chest when no mobs are in a close to mid-range proximity of you, the chest will hold items around your own level.
Other than that, you will have to seek out high-leveled mobs, likely to be around Sky Islands, and hope for the best. The Skyraider town-area will probably be a good place to start.
