   a plus percentage for each hit to cause the mob to drop an emerald.
   so if you have 10% stealing, you have a 10% chance for a mob to drop an emerald on hit
   stealing is often paired with the major id "Greed" which when you pick up an emerald, you heal 15% of your health.
