It's sad for me because it's about a man who took from the rich to give to the poor, and got sent to prison, soon to be sailed away forever, away from his love and child.

This song is about a loved one that died in her life. She talks about the memories she had with and just how much she cared for them. When I listen to this it brings me the memories of my grandpa <3

Probably a song our school got as a commission for our band a few years back, called "The Matters of Kindness."
It was made as a memorial for a girl that died while going to our high school, she played saxophone and the song has a beautiful alto sax solo at the end. It holds a lot of meaning for us, even though I didn't know the girl.

OMgsh this thread is becoming a wreck. Alas, that is the sad truth of opinions.
