What is the Normal Progression?

I wanna know whats the sort of natural progression, that helps to cover everything.
for example what is the order of areas to explore, according to their levels. and i suppose just do all dungeons, quests, caves etc in an area before moving yeah? help.

 

I mean, to a player who wants to experience everything I suppose yeah, just set the Content Book to "All" and sort by "Level" and just do it in order I guess

Otherwise players can level up in any method they prefer
