What Is The Good Thing With Mana Steal?

Each 'Health Regen' and 'Life Steal' are good on different situation.

But what about mana steal?
Since 'Mana Regen' isn't working like 'Health Regen', can it get any advantage?

it works with exploding.
which is a bug.
so... if it didn't it would be absolutely useless since you don't really wanna bother with autoattacking between casting spells.

 

Actually, they activate at the same time, as proven by Warp owners (aka me :3). Anyway, mana steal is activated by some spells, like meteor's second hit. Apparently its also activated by exploding. And then you have about the same every-four-seconds activation like with life steal, although that's unbalanced as shit, super slow gets like 90% of the time life steal, 2 x 0.1 + 2 =/= 4.

 

Mana Steal ---> Suppressions ---> ???? ---> Profit.
