What is "Odd painting"?

I was exploring Skiens Island, and in a hidden room there obtained 11 items with a name "Odd painting".
In its description it has "Effect -????", i tried searching for it on a wiki or for another post about it, but i didn't find anything. Does anyone has any idea what it does. Also its a map item with a mushroom painted on it.

Those who have lost their mind have a tendency to obsess over certain items. I presume this individuals obsession had to do with mushrooms which is strange as Skien didn't seem to have any particular fondness over them. Weird.
