What Is An Ancient?

I am 95% sure this was added after gavel and I havent found anything on the wikis about this. Does anyone know what this is?

(If you cant see, its Called ancient, lvl 75 and 10000 health)

 

This has been there since the summer, and if you do some searching there about a dozen theories on these mobs.

 

If that's in WynnExcavation basically everyone knows about that.

For some reason ive gone threw the quest about 30 times (mostly helping others) and I havent seen a hint of those colors going through this

I legitimately have never seen this before and want to explore it myself.

 

just go through the ancienty castle part of Wynn D (Before boss room) and keep looking right. It should be the to the top left corner trail.
