What Is A Max Soul Signal?

Just what it says in the title.

 

Soul Signal is a level 92 rare chest plate that gives a tone of raw spell damage
Max Soul Signal means the spell damage id on it is maxed (325)

 

Oh, I probably should have specified. What is the max soul point regen?

 

I think around 30 or the high 25s, certainly much more than most items.

EDIT: Checked guide, max is 32% or 33%.

 

YES! I got a 29% recently!

 

33% is the maximum.
