What Is A Good Early Game Spear?

I'm a level 24 Warrior right now and I want a good early game spear that does good damage, isn't slow, and doesn't reduce any stats. Also, I really like using poison damage and mana/life steal, so if somebody can tell me about one and where to find it, I'd be eternally grateful!

 

if you want to use mana/life steal, you use a slow spear lol

 

I have the skeletal Legs that have life steal and poison so I didn't know that they were slow, but I would rather have a fast, strong spear than a slow steal/poison one.
