    There is a life steal ability X/2 seconds.
    I am pretty sure that it is the chance to get extra drops from mobs. (stealing from them)

    That's not extra loot drop since theres +loot

    +stealing increase the emerald drop

    The first time I read it, I hope we can steal from passive mobs
