What Happened With Taurus?

Well, i don't know who knows Taurus and who don't, Taurus is a chestplate with exploding, strenght, +melee damage, %melee damage and -attack tier speed, here it goes the point; i got an -7 attack speed tier but later some days, i saw that -7 went to -15. First, -15 if is min i don't know what happened to these genius guys who did that ids, second, i reided my second Taurus with -18 and got a -24... you know what? maybe it isn't atleast the max :D... please.. who is that genius guy who is doing this ids to Taurus..? get them back please to the normal (min -7 attack speed and max -13 attack speed). -15 is too op, u get a super very slow attack speed with everything, if that is -15.. i dont wanna think what -24 does.

What's the difference? It's not like anybody gives a damn about a -7 tier Super Slow Weapon going to a -15 tier Super Slow Weapon.

 

in my case, i have a build that with the -7 i can get a fast attack speed tier, and maybe players too.

 

That's not how the item was intended. This is basically a fix for Cancer+Taurus...

 

So you're build is essentially using Taurus and then dedicating the rest of your items to removing the -tier? It's not a bad idea, to be fair, but that is never what Taurus was intended to be. I think the Content Team purposefully increased Taurus's -tier because they want the chestplate to turn weapons into slow hardhitting mega smashers. And to be fair, Taurus is a little tricky to use in that sense. Weapons like Alkatraz would become melee beasts with Taurus, yet others like Cataclysm would turn into absolute crap.

tl;dr - don't use Taurus, use Chestplate of Ineptitude.
