    I mean, a while ago Lament was literally what everyone wanted, but now, it’s the subject of jokes and memes. I have been considering one, and I just wanna know why people say it’s so bad.

    Lament really isn't bad, but when nepta floodbringer was added there was more competition for water wands

    The main problem with lament is that it has mana steal as opposed to mana regen. Nepta is a much more enticing option for people who would rather take less risks and do more consistent damage.

    However, it still isn't bad. it deals lots of damage, and has very good mana steal.

    for me at least i disagree, mine Lament is 10/4 ms and thats very usefull ontop of the like 8mr i already have
