What Easter Egg Are This Items Related To?

    A very long time ago me and a friend of mine did an easter egg that includes these items:

    a map called instructions:

    a key called lab key:
    Screenshot_1.png

    Notice it says Lab Key and not Labratory key.
    I haven't found any info on these items.

    I believe the lab key is from the quest “out of my mind” in the jungle region
