What Does The ** Next To An Identification Mean?

    On some gears, I see ** next to the stats. What does this mean?

    It means it's a good roll. If you have a weapon that gives UP TO 150 life steal, and yours is 125, the stars just mean it's near that 150 mark. 3 *** means it's perfect, idk the exact percentages, but 2 is close to perfect, while 1 is just good.

    small correction: negative ids with a "positive" effect (e.g. spell costs) will have stars
