What Does "scrapable Black Market Rewards" Coming Out In 1.20 Actually Do?

Also does anyone know if Champions are gonna get daily tier 3 crates?

 

This is a guess but you'll be able to put 5 Black Market tier items together and create another Black Market item (unless there is a new tier which I've glossed over). It's basically normal scrapping but the item's tier doesn't get higher.

A new, tier 4 crate is being added, so Champions might get that each day. If not, they obviously receive one or two tier 3's.

 

Thank you very much for replying. I think thats a waste to scrap 5 BM items for 1 BM items, and what if they made it so you can get another duplicate from scrapping BM.

Also I wonder if the tier 4 will be like the tier 3 where you can only get it from buying crates

 

Salted said on discord that scrapping black market items will actually give a bunch of epics, though at a pretty bad rate, probably in the range of 6-10 per bm or something similar. We have no idea if champions will get a daily t3, though there’s definitely a strong possibility of that happening.
