What Does Ingredient Effectiveness Actually Do?

    It basically improves the effectiveness of other ingredients when you craft. So for example if there was something that had 10% ingredient effectiveness near 2 other ingredients. That had 10% loot bonus on them. It would make those 2 ingredients become 11% loot bonus on that crafted item.
